My name is Saskia, and I am a freelance proofreader and copy editor. I have always been a keen reader, and I love reading a wide range of books. I am well-organised, diligent and have excellent attention to detail, and I enjoy proofreading and editing text to ensure that it is clear, coherent and accurate.
Following my Open University degree in French and Philosophy, I completed the College of Media and Publishing’s online Proofreading and Editing Level 4 Diploma course, graduating with a Distinction.
Through this course, I was able to build my skills and further understand the intricacies of proofreading and copy editing, as well as professional practices and etiquette.
